The Tailgater's Friend

Sporting events + barbecue = the perfect day. At least, that's how it is for many Americans. Some people even prefer the tailgate over the actual game, which is why grilling in the parking lot has become a common pastime at arenas and stadiums around the country.

While some fearless cooks lug tons of equipment to the game, the more sensible approach is to fire up the hibachi. These small grills more resemble camping stoves, usually powered by small propane tanks, and are the perfect size for a handful of burgers and frankfurters.
