1963 - The Angels entered history books as the first white all-female group to chart a No.1 record, with "My Boyfriend's Back."
1965 - The Beatles received a gold record for their hit single "Help!"
1965 - The Rolling Stones made an appearance on British TV show "Ready Steady Go!" Mick Jagger performed a parody of Sonny & Cher's "I Got You Babe" With Andrew Loog Oldham.
